We think it's a wonderful base for staying in Mecca. The staff especially mr Fahad the duty manager.

By and large, it was useful base for sightseeing in Mecca, had much fun. Excellent hotel staff especially mr Fahad the duty manager.

We greatly enjoyed this known hotel, and we would definitely stop here again. Our stay here was very comfortable, lovely place for exploring Mecca.

i thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, everything was perfect here. the room was impressive and spotless with comfortable beds and haram view, as example, met the demands. the location was magnificent, close to raffles spa.

Everything was good, it had very good wifi, no complaints. The staff was helpful, provided an early check-in and a fast check-out. Also, I appreciated how best possible the location was.

Unbeatable location for visiting Mecca, it's next to Al Haram as well as Makkah. Very quick check-in, outstandingly accommodating personnel.

The hotel was budget, the staff was dedicated. Venue's location was five star. Plus, the hotel was walking distance to Raffles Spa. Property was pretty clean. The staff did all they can for a pleasant stay. A kind of perfect service.

It offers EXCELLENT prices. The hotel was a fantastic base for enjoying a central area. Apart from that, a massive mosque was 5 minutes' drive away. Excellent restaurant. Easy check-out too.

It was a 5-star hotel in every way. Their concierge is the best! Extra bed etc were additionally provided. We had goodies and coffee at Cafe' Cino, it was located minutes away from the venue.

Pullman Zamzam Makkah was a great hotel. Food in the buffet breakfast was fresh. Bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was very small. Wifi was very poor.

hotel was near to such places as abraj al bait. we could have lunch in al rehab restaurant set within 600 feet. we enjoyed pullman zamzam makkah from the moment we entered. al aziziya district was worth visiting.

Large rooms. Kfc is easy walk to the hotel...
